Teacher Employment Agreement


This Employment Agreement is entered into on this __________ by and between Sanfort Rajendra Nagar, located at 3/90, Block 3, Sector 5, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005, and __________________________________, residing at ________________________________________________________________________.


1. Position and Responsibilities

The Teacher agrees to perform the duties of a ____________________ teacher as outlined in their job description. The Teacher agrees to adhere to the School’s policies, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the School.


2. Term of Employment

This Agreement shall commence on ___________________ and continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.


3. Notice Period

The Teacher agrees to provide the School with a minimum of one month’s written notice before resigning or leaving the School. During this notice period, the Teacher is expected to perform all duties and responsibilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Salary and Compensation

The School agrees to pay the Teacher a monthly salary of __________________, subject to deductions as required by law. The salary will be paid on or before the _________________________ of each month.


5. Failure to Serve Notice Period

If the Teacher fails to serve the full one-month notice period, the School reserves the right to withhold 15 days' salary from the Teacher's final paycheck as compensation for the unserved period. The School may, at its discretion, waive this penalty in exceptional circumstances.


6. Termination by the School

The School may terminate this Agreement for just cause, including but not limited to failure to perform duties, violation of school policies, or misconduct. In such cases, the School may terminate the Agreement without further compensation, other than what has already been earned.


7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.


8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of ______________________.


9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
